I’m here for the chaos, because life is often chaos and if you’re up for letting us in to your chaos I know there will be at least one person who sees it as a lifeline. Cancer doesn’t discriminate, and I’ve known many survivors who swear by the natural remedies to help them through the harsh chemicals to fight it. Look after yourself, sending lots of love.
I’m so sorry that you’re going through such a terrible thing. So many of us feel like a fraud at some point (and you’re obviously not one!) You didn’t owe us this post but thank you for the gift ♥️
All of it. Chaos menu. Keep going. I am here for it! Sorry about the shitty cancer. That sucks but herbal remedies can dovetail in with the nasty conventional drugs so carry on with the research and the teas. Healing is holistic. And We’ll be here when you get back.
Hey. Fellow natural remedy fan and lymphoma survivor here. Every form of healing has a place. My best remedy,post-chemo, was and is Essiac. I still use it.
E & F. I had a close call with Cervical. Had I not had the 3-yearly check I'd have never known and be long dead now.
I learned that sugar feeds cancer and all carbohydrates turn to sugar in the body, so I reduced my carb intake dramatically. I had PCOS too so the low carb helped me feel more stable blood-sugar wise. Becoming extremely gluten intolerant and gluten free replacements being so inordinately expensive helped. I'm not perfect - I have a carb splurge every so often, but I almost always feel like utter shite afterwards.
I got my dna tested and found I don't have the BRCA gene, but I do have one for Coeliac. I doubt I'll ever find out if I'm medically intolerant because gluten makes me so sick I wouldn't last more than a day on it, let alone the six weeks of daily intake required pre-test.
I relate to the 40 open tabs. Am more than a little envious you've written a book - I feel like I've words in me, but they're hiding dressed up as memories and feelings and refuse to show me their true form so I can get them out.
I'm working full time while chronically ill so I might be more than a little erratic in my presence here, but know that I appreciate you, I care about you and I'm sending love, healing wishes and a big virtual hug from my little corner of England.
I haven't been here long but Im here for your wellness. To witness all you do in the name of creation and learn from your journey, but not at the expense of yourself. Get well soon 🫂💜✨️
I’m here for whatever you write. Major illness of any kind has this way of shifting perspectives in unexpected ways. I’m here for the journey.

Also, as a recent purchaser of said items, I'm looking forward to your take on the grippy socks and ice pack. 😉
